Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.

Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags intact.

Non-Returnable Items

Customized or special-order products.

Items purchased on clearance or marked “Final Sale.”

Used or washed bedding for hygiene reasons.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Shipping charges are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect.

If you need an exchange, email us with details and we will arrange a replacement.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue.

We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.
